In addition ACL PACK INTERNATIONAL ApS offers complete solutions, providing special equipment for all processes in the packaging line, also of equipment extending outside our standard range of machines. Below please find below an example of how a packaging line has been made.

The line consists of:

• 2 x weighing tables for manual packing into cases, automatic label printing and manual label application.

• Tape sealing machine with automatic size adjustment, complete with conveyor connections on infeed and outfeed, suitable to handle cases with different case dimensions and able to self-adjust depending on case dimension.

• 2 x 90° conveyor for creating the u-shape of the line

• Automatic strapping machine, complete with conveyor connections on infeed and outfeed, suitable to strap each individual case in 3 different areas, depending on case dimension. The strapping machine is designed to handle 3 different lengths of cases, the shortest one getting one strap, the middle one getting 2 straps, and the longest one getting 3 straps.
